Frequently asked questions
While the terms brand identity, logo design, and visual identity design are often used interchangeably, they are distinct concepts:
Logo Design is a subset of brand identity. It’s a single, visual representation of your brand, usually consisting of a symbol, emblem, or wordmark. A logo is essential, but it’s only one piece of the brand identity puzzle.
Visual Identity Design encompasses the visual elements like the logo, color palette, typography, and imagery. It focuses on creating a cohesive and visually appealing look and feel for your brand.
Brand Identity is the comprehensive package that includes not only the visual elements but also the brand’s values, mission, messaging, and the overall personality. It’s about creating a deep emotional connection with your audience.
In a nutshell, brand identity is the holistic representation of your brand’s character, whereas logo design and visual identity design are critical components that contribute to that overall identity. You can learn more about this in this article from our blog.
WordPress is the most popular, user-friendly and secure content management system worldwide (used by 40% of all websites, with 64.3% market share ). It allows us to build relatively inexpensive websites quickly, and makes it easy for you to work with the website content. Like everything, it has some downsides too. It’s heavy, requires sufficient server resources and setup and needs to be properly configured in order to be safe. But it’s the perfect middle ground between all services like Wix and Squarespace on one hand, which have less features and are not as nearly as flexible, and on the other hand – custom build websites, which take a lot more time to build and cost much more.
It’s our top priority to make it as easy as possible for you to do so. That’s why we use one of the most popular and user-friendly content management platforms out there (WordPress). We also use a visual drag and drop builder (DIVI), so you won’t need any coding knowledge to be able to create new content for your website. Of course there will be some learning curve, but we have prepared tutorials and how-to’s for you, to guide you every step of the way. And finally, we’ll always be here to help if you need something.
Depends on the website. We don’t build cheap websites because we care about quality and value our work above all else. However, we don’t charge astronomic rates for sites either. Occasionally we even take on low-budget projects simply because they inspire us enough to build something beautiful! You can easily get an estimate for your website project by sending us some details about here.
SEO stands for search engine optimisation. This process is aimed at improving your website’s ranking on search engines among other websites with similar content. SEO is a great way to increase your website traffic organically, meaning without paying for ads or other marketing tools. However it’s not a one-time fix, but rather relies on an ongoing process and persistent work. You can either hire a professional to do it for you or study it and do it yourself. Google has all kinds of free resources and tutorials, we encourage you to give it a try. In any case you should know all our websites come “SEO ready”, meaning integrated with Google services, such as Analytics and Search console, and with the necessary tools to add or edit post titles, meta descriptions, focus keywords and image titles and alt tags.
There is a difference between web hosting, domain hosting, and email hosting. We currently offer only fully dedicated and managed web hosting – one of the best out there in terms of quality and affordability. For domain hosting, you will need to use the services of a domain provider, like Namecheap, GoDaddy , or some other local one. The same for email hosting such as Gmail/Google Workspace which is one of the best and, of course, there are other options. If you want to know more, you can check out this article in our blog. Or send us a message with more details about your needs and we can help you make the right choice for both domain and email hosting.
First off, we don’t aim for cheap but for quality, in order to be able to offer professional, stable and well performing websites to our clients. That is why, after years of trials and errors we found the best web hosting option out there for our type of clients and we are sticking to it. The main difference here is between Shared and Dedicated hosting. You can learn more about it in this article in our blog, but in a nutshell: Shared hosting is a server (computer), sharing it’s resources among thousands of websites, so it’s cheaper, but slower and not so secure, whereas Dedicated hosting has resources and space dedicated only for your website, so it can be faster and more secure, but costs a bit more. Shared hosting is like your website lives in a hostel, and Dedicated is like a normal rented flat or a house. And if you are going to sell anything through your website, like products, services, tickets, courses, etc., if you plan to put the work necessary to get your website discoverable on search engines, if you expect to have more and more visitors, if your business will rely in any way upon the website, then you should definitely consider Dedicated hosting.
