What does it include?

Licences

In our work we only use professional grade theme and plugins on top of WordPress, in order to provide safe and stable, fast and feature rich, quality websites. These tools have paid licences and their cost is included in the website maintenance fee.

Regular backups and updates

Everything on the website (meaning WordPress core, the Theme and the Plugins, plus Server language PHP) needs to be up to date as much as possible, in order to keep the website stable, fast and safe. And the updates come quite often. We provide weekly automatic updates with an automated backup before that and safety check after that, so if something is broken, we get a message and fix it asap. Then once a month we do this manually – go to the website, perform a backup to external cloud storage and all updates, then check pages for warnings, errors and bugs and fix them if any.

ASAP response

If something technical breaks on the website and we, or you notice it, as part of the monthly contract we go there right away and fix it as soon as possible, 24/7.
